Have some questions?
Q: What are your terms & conditions?
A: Download this document and you'll find answers to many questions regarding bookings, refunds, cancellation policy.
Whilst our staff will do their utmost to advise you about important terms and conditions when you are making a booking, due to time constraints it is impractical for them to detail every aspect. Therefore please be aware that it is your responsibility to read the appropriate documents or ask any specific questions relating to your booking.
Q. When will my pitch be available?
A: Your pitch will be ready by 12 noon on the day of your arrival. As we have limited space in our arrivals area we respectfully request that you do not arrive earlier than 12 noon.
Q: What time must I vacate my pitch?
A: The latest time for departing your pitch is 10am on your last day. This is to enable us to prepare the pitch for the next person to occupy it. During the quieter seasons you may be able to book a late stay on your pitch for an additonal charge - you will need to contact reception to arrange this.
Q: What if we arrive late?
A. If you are delayed for any reason, please call and let us know so we can hold the pitch for you. Please note, we are unable to accomodate any arrivals after dark, due to the park layout. This is for safety reasons and so that other guests are not disturbed.
Q: Can I have barbeques on site?
A: Yes we allow barbeques as long as they are kept off the grass (blocks are usually available from the wardens) and do not cause annoyance to other guests.
For safety reasons, camp fires are not permitted
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: No – please read our terms and conditions before making your booking, as you will be asked if you accept these. We do advise you take out our cancellation plan if you have no other form of cover.
