Book over the Phone:
Call us on 01271 882334 - we can check availability, advise on the most suitable pitch for you, give you the total price and take the necessary payment all in one go. It's easy!
Book online:
If you wish to book online firstly check your unit size and decide which pitch type and size is  appropriate for you, then simply click the button above and follow the online instructions.
If the online booking option shows that there is no availability for the dates you require then please call us on 01271 882334 as only a proportion of the pitches are represented online, so we may have pitches available.

Without trying to look on the bleak side, you never know when bad luck may strike and illness or injury prevent you or your family from visiting us.
Please be sure you read our terms and conditions before booking as, by making a booking with us, you will be deemed to accept these.
For peace of mind, give serious consideration to our cancellation cover as detailed in our terms or another similar plan.
Please be aware that by making a booking payment to us you are entering into a contract with us under the terms stated.

Important Booking Details
We will be the first to admit that we tend to be a little fussy about  obtaining the correct size of your unit - you'll need to know this when  you contact us. This is for a genuine reason - for fire prevention and safety reasons we require a six metre spacing between tents/units.
Anyway... not only do we want to keep you, your family and all our  guests safe, but also it is so much more pleasant for everyone when  there is plenty of space around you and it avoids any issues on your arrival and throughout your stay.
Caravans

You will need to know the shipping length of your caravan: that is the full length from the back to the front of the A-frame. This allows us to book an appropriate pitch for you.

    
Caravans up to 6m long on any serviced pitch
    
Caravans over 6m either a large, super or premier pitch

Motorhomes

You will be asked the full length of the motorhome so please allow for any additional bike racks or storage on the rear of the van.

Tents and Trailer Tents

You will need to know measurements for your tent - the width and the front to back dimensions excluding guy ropes. This helps us to advise you on the correct pitch size for your tent, as fire regulations require a safe gap between you and your neighbours of 6 metres.

    
Tents up to 4m without electric hook-up on a basic pitch
    
Tents between 4m and 6m without electric hook-up on a large basic pitch
    
Tents up to 4m requiring electric hook-up on any serviced grass pitch
    
Tents between 4m and 6m in any dimension requiring electric hook-up on a large, super or premier grass pitch
    
Large tents between 6m and 8m in any dimension requiring electric hook-up on either a super or premier grass pitch

Please be aware...
The reception staff may appear at times to be particularly fussy about unit size! There is justifiable reason for this - over the years some customers have tried all sorts of methods to book a smaller pitch (in order to keep the price down) for a tent that is larger than our stated sizes.
All it means is that they end up going home because we may have no other pitches to offer them and they cannot pitch up on their allotted pitch due to fire regulations. This is not a happy outcome for anyone, so please bear with us and give us clear concise information so that you can enjoy a great stay at Newberry Valley.
