Here at Newberry Valley, we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed on your pitch - knowing that you have plenty of space around you both for safety and also for your own relaxation, pleasure and peace of mind.
Our pitches are all generous sizes - larger than the standard camping or caravan pitch dimensions you'll find on many club or independent sites.
Premier Hardstanding Pitches
These are beautiful fully serviced block-paved pitches for those who want that added extra luxury. Complete with bollard (and low-level light), electric hook-up, water tap and waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you.
The block-paved area will accommodate your car and caravan or motorhome. Some also have a fine gravel area at the side for the awning with plenty of grass adjacent and the remainder are all grass.
These premier pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, campervans and motorhomes.

Premier All Grass Pitches
These fully serviced all-grass pitches are ideal for those who want a touch of luxury when they come to rest.
Complete with bollard with a low-level light, electric hook-up, a water tap and waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you. Everything is pitched on the grass with a specified area for your car to park adjacent to all accommodation.
They are perfect for touring caravans, tents, and campervans. Motorhomes can be pitched on all grass pitches but it is dependent upon the weight of the unit and the weather conditions.

Large Hardstanding Pitches
Want a really spacious pitch? You'll love our generously-sized pitches with a hard-core type of surface for your car and caravan or motorhome with a large grassed area at the side.
They have an electric hook-up point close by and there will be a water tap within easy walking distance.
Our large hard-standing pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, campervans and motorhomes (subject to unit size).

Large All Grass Pitches
These are a great all-purpose choice for you whether you have a touring caravan, tents, or campervan.
These are generously-sized all grass pitches with an electric hook-up point close by plus a water tap within easy walking distance.
Even motorhomes can be pitched on our all-grass pitches (dependent on weight and weather conditions).

Classic All Grass Pitches
If you're looking for the perfect balance of a roomy pitch and economy then you'll enjoy our Classic pitches.
Our Classic all-grass serviced pitches come with an electric hook-up point available nearby and a water tap within easy walking distance.
These are ideal for small tents under 4.5m and for campervans with small awnings under 2.5m.

Hiker's Spaces
If you're hiking around the South West Coastal Path then why not spend rest your boots with us.
The path from Lynmouth is a long hilly hike and so our facilities are a most welcome relief for these exhilarated yet tired guests.
There are some spaces where we can accommodate 1 or 2 man tents.
And you don't need to book in advance... just arrive and we will be sure to find you somewhere to rest and recuperate.

Extras & Booking Information
Gazebos & event tents: | £7.50 per night - subject to available space on the pitch (max size 3m x 3m) |
Extra pup tent: | £5 per night - subject to available space on the pitch (max size 1.5m x 1.5m) |
Trailer or boat: | £5 per night - may be required to park in a separate parking area |
Extra cars: | £6 per night - may be required to park in a separate parking area |
Dogs: | £3 per dog per night - max 2 unless by prior agreement |
Extra persons age 16+: | £7.50 each per night |
Extra persons age 2-15: | £5 each per night |
The pitch fee includes one car, one unit (caravan, motorhome, tent etc) and 2 people.
Awnings and canopies are not charged as additional items. However, they can only be pitched subject to appropriate space within the accommodation area of the pitch. Unfortunately, we cannot allow them if they encroach into the parking space.
The person who makes the booking is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that the party will not exceed the numbers and units stated at the time of the booking and detailed on the confirmation.

Once the booking is processed we will send you a confirmation e-mail - please check all details to ensure everything is correct for you.
