VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE If we want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be upfront about this. When someone visits our website, we may use a third-party service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. HOW LONG WILL WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR? YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS You have the right to: Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. Living & loving in the heart of nature Meet our family and team Newberry Valley has been under the stewardship of the Fletcher Family since 2006. Dawn and Martin Fletcher have owned campsites in the South West since April 2000, and Newberry Valley holds a special place in the hearts of all the family. The park is managed now on a day-to-day basis by their daughter and son-in-law Camilla and Darren, and their son, Ashley. There's also a fantastic team working with the family including: Val Lee and Karen Jess and Eve Dan & Lisa We are the guardians of this beautiful valley. We take great pride in the park and the surrounding countryside, which is abundant with wildlife. You might see rabbits, buzzards, badgers, owls, pheasants, many different garden birds, foxes and occasionally even a deer passes through the woods. We have our own gorgeous alpacas who can provide you with hours of entertainment. We are constantly seeking better ways to work in harmony and balance with the natural world and at the same time maintain high standards of service and care in the business. We aim to nurture all who live and visit the valley - the flora, fauna and of course our staff and all our customers. Premier hardstanding pitches These are beautiful fully serviced block-paved pitches for those who want that added extra luxury. Complete with bollard (and low-level light), electric hook-up, water tap and waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you. The block-paved area will accommodate your car and caravan or motorhome. Some also have a fine gravel area at the side for the awning with plenty of grass adjacent and the remainder are all grass. These premier pitches are suitable for touring caravans, tents, campervans and motorhomes. From £34.00 /per night Book Premier Hardstanding Pitch Premier all grass pitches These fully serviced all-grass pitches are ideal for those who want a touch of luxury when they come to rest. Complete with bollard with a low-level light, electric hook-up, a water tap and waste drain plus a picnic bench just for you. Everything is pitched on the grass with a specified area for your car to park adjacent to all accommodation. They are perfect for touring caravans, tents, and campervans. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that the party will not exceed the numbers and units stated at the time of the booking and detailed on the confirmation. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fisherman, you'll enjoy pitting your wits against the handsome carp, tench, roach, and perch who reside in the two-acre fishing lake here at Newberry Valley. There are some very big fish in there, and they do like to tease you! Keep Clean and Dry For all your laundry requirements there are four coin-operated Miele washing machines & four tumble dryers as well as an iron freely available for your use if you feel so inclined! A Place to Do the Dishes There's a spacious dish-washing and veg prep room plus microwave and fridge available. There is also an additional outside dishwash area at the end of the Fir field. Barriers for Peace of Mind There's a security barrier on the entrance and exit of the site for that added peace of mind and feeling of safety. With controlled access we can minimise disturbance from anyone driving on late at night. Whilst we don't run peak season events, rallies during the low and mid seasons provide a perfect opportunity for those groups who wish to explore the amazing coast and countryside of this region as well as enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the site. There are some great walks right on our doorstep, with stunning views out to sea. Also, being so close to the beach and village proves very popular, especially with motor-homers plus there is a regular bus service to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple. Read more Our On-Site Therapy Room There's no hassle involved when you book a therapy session at Newberry Valley. Our gorgeous on-site therapy room is situated in the Devon stone farmhouse, located near the site entrance. This pleasant, calming environment is conducive to relaxation and a feeling of positive well-being. Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance and can be made months ahead. Fill in the details: Our voucher order form is very easy to follow and enables you to choose how you want to deliver your Gift Voucher, ie by email or a printed version. Purchase by bank transfer or using a card over the phone : Once you have completed the form, you'll need to pay either by BACS or give us a call during office hours, and we can take a credit or debit card payment over the phone.
